Ingredients:
- 2 endive heads, separated into leaves
- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, arrange the endive leaves
Add the orange segments and fresh basil leaves on top of the endive
