Roasted Poblano Chipotle Cheddar Burgers



These Roasted Poblano Chipotle Cheddar Burgers are a spicy and flavorful twist on the classic burger. The roasted poblano peppers and chipotle sauce add a smoky kick, while the melted cheddar cheese brings creamy goodness to every bite. Perfect for burger lovers who crave a bit of heat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 roasted poblano peppers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise for garnish

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, roasted poblano peppers, red onion, minced garlic, shredded cheddar cheese, and chipotle sauce

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
