Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted
Stir in the vanilla extract
Add 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs to the chocolate mixture and mix until well combined
Spread half of the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer
Top the marshmallows with the remaining graham cracker crumbs
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 20-second intervals until smooth
Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the marshmallow and graham cracker layer
Spread the remaining chocolate mixture over the top, covering everything evenly
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set
Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan
Cut into squares and enjoy!
