Seafood Saute



A delightful medley of mixed seafood and vibrant vegetables sautéed to perfection in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. This seafood sauté is quick, easy, and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 400g mixed seafood shrimp, squid, scallops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add minced garlic and chopped onion, saut until fragrant

Add sliced bell peppers and zucchini, cook until slightly softened

Add mixed seafood, season with salt and pepper, and cook until seafood is opaque and cooked through

Drizzle lemon juice over the seafood and vegetables, toss well to combine

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving
